Bulk SKU profitability workflow
Upload a product CSV and see FBA fees, storage, and profit by SKU
Bulkalc helps Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS sellers turn supplier spreadsheets into sortable profitability estimates with column mapping, unit normalization, and custom cost inputs.
Use sample data or your own file. Built for bulk SKU evaluation, not one-product-at-a-time guesswork.
Fee and profit figures are estimates for planning. Actual charges may vary.

Checking FBA fees one product at a time doesn't scale.
Bulkalc lets you upload your entire product catalog — and see profitability for every SKU in seconds.
Bulkalc auto-detects your columns and normalizes units — ounces to pounds, centimeters to inches. No manual math.
A preflight check validates your data before you calculate — so bad rows don't slip through.
Hit generate — and in seconds. Fees, storage, fuel surcharges, and profit margins — all calculated. Sort by margin to find your winners.
Toggle fuel surcharges. Apply shipping and prep costs. See your real margins — before you buy.
Stop guessing. Start knowing. Try Bulkalc free.
Stop checking FBA economics one SKU at a time
The old way
- Pasting one ASIN at a time into free calculators
- No way to compare across a whole product list
- Guessing at prep, shipping, and storage costs
With Bulkalc
- Upload your full supplier list and see results side by side
- Estimated FBA fees, storage, and profit by SKU
- Custom cost inputs so estimates reflect your actual numbers
Filter winners and losers fast
How the bulk workflow works
Drag and drop a supplier CSV. No reformatting needed — Bulkalc reads your columns and lets you map them.
Auto-detect likely column matches. Normalize units and quantities. Add your own cost assumptions line by line or in bulk.
Each row gets an FBA fee estimate, monthly storage cost, and projected profit. Sort, filter, and export the results.
What early users are saying
“This is really great! I love the data you guys provide in this tool. It's much nicer than Seller Central's import tool.”

“The preflight validation alone saved me from running fees on a batch with wrong unit conversions. Would've been a mess to untangle.”

Frequently asked questions
Are the fees exact?
Bulkalc provides estimated FBA fees based on product dimensions, weight, and Amazon's fee structure. Estimates are for planning — actual charges may vary based on Amazon policies, product data quality, and your operating assumptions.
What file types are supported?
Bulkalc accepts .csv uploads up to 5 MB. You can also start with sample data if you don't have a file ready.
What if I don't have a file ready?
Use our sample dataset to explore the workflow, or download a CSV template to fill in with your own products.
Can I add my own costs?
Yes. You can add custom prep, shipping, and other cost assumptions per product or in bulk. These flow into the profitability estimate.
What if I only have one product?
Bulkalc is built for bulk evaluation, but you can upload a single-row file. For one-off lookups, a free ASIN calculator may be simpler.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Growth includes multiple seats for your sourcing team. Enterprise adds role-based organization setup and centralized billing for larger teams with more structured workflows.
